Polypropylene Blown Film Extrusion
Blown film extrusion of Polypropylene is ideal for producing PP plastic film used in various applications such as packaging for consumer goods and industrial products.
The screw material cylinder is meticulously crafted from 38 CrMoAl alloy steel following nitrogen treatment, ensuring superior rigidity and corrosion resistance.
The mold head is coated with hard chromium and features a screw mandrel structure that facilitates consistent and smooth material discharge, including uniform air output, automated temperature regulation, and heating control.
The water-cooling system is integral in maintaining the transparency of the end product film.
