This equipment comprises the main body, tooling, water cooling system, and cutting apparatus.
Ensuring Quality:
Precision-ground and hardened gears and bearings guarantee smooth and silent operations.
The screw and barrel, made of Aluminum Chromolybdenum alloy steel, are stress-relieved for enhanced durability.
The die undergoes nitrogen hardening treatment to prolong its service life.
Both the water tank and the cutting machine’s surface are constructed from #304 stainless steel.
The main extruder’s screw is customized to suit the specified plastic material.
