Utilizing materials such as PLA, PBAT, corn starch, calcium carbonate, and other biodegradable substances, Biodegradable Blown Film Extrusion is employed for the manufacturing of vest bags and garbage bags. Its main advantages lie in being fully degradable and environmentally friendly. The die-head features an internal 8-hole inflow feed structure, specifically tailored for producing film from degradable materials like PLA and PBAT in blown film extrusion processes.
Degradable plastic bags can be degraded into carbon dioxide, water, methane and other substances that exist in nature and can participate in the carbon cycle within a certain period of time and under specific conditions.
