Four Colors Flexo Printing Machine
The Flexo Printing Machine is designed for printing various packaging materials like polyethylene, polypropylene bag, cellophane, and roll paper. It is an ideal printing tool for creating paper packaging bags for goods, supermarket handbags, vest bags, and clothing bags. The machine utilizes sensitization resin as a flexible printing plate.
The Flexo Printing Machine features efficient performance attributes such as user-friendly operation, precise color registration, and flexible start-up capabilities. It includes a meter counter for customized print quantity settings, automatic machine stoppage upon reaching the designated quantity or material depletion, and pneumatic printing cylinder adjustments for automatic ink stirring post-elevation. An anilox cylinder ensures uniform ink distribution, while a dependable drying system halts operation by breaking the circuit when the machine stops. The machine boasts a 360° continuous and adjustable longitudinal register device, frequency-controlled motor speed, and convenient Jogging/Stopping buttons on the plate roller base and material rolling rack for ease of operation during plate installation.
Flexo printing machine is used resin plate for printing texts and images on paper roll,plastic film roll,non woven roll,thermal paper roll etc. Both of water based ink and solvent ink can use.
