It features a meter counter for customizing printing quantity and automatic machine stop. The pneumatic printing cylinder lifts and lowers automatically for ink mixing, while the Anilox cylinder ensures consistent ink distribution. A reliable drying system halts operation when the machine stops. The longitudinal register device allows continuous adjustment, and the motor speed is frequency-controlled to suit various printing speeds. Operation is made easier with jogging/stopping buttons on the plate roller base and material rolling rack during plate installation.
