Central Drum Flexo Printing Machine
The Central Drum Flexo Printing Machine features a central large roller design that ensures correct color registration by supporting the substrate without the need for a pressure roller between colors. Its interchangeable mechanical parts are easily accessible, exhibit low wear, and facilitate maintenance. The machine is equipped with a separate electric heating box for safe and precise temperature control during the drying process.
The ink knife method employs a development type scraper that can be effortlessly installed without the use of tools. Its transmission system includes a hardened high-precision geared motor with multiple buttons for user-friendly operation. Additionally, the receiving transmission utilizes a miniature geared motor driving a magnetic powder clutch, ensuring tension stability through PLC control. The plate roll specification indicates a repeat length of 5MM.
